Cop Oblivious to Someone Going the Wrong Way on a One Way Street

Notice the one way sign right in front of the cop car (in a town of less than 8,000 people, the cops should know this is a one way street.The sign is about 4 feet in front of his face. Also notice the white van slowing down to avoid hitting the car going the wrong way down the one way street. Then watch as the cop does absolutely nothing
